除了 博客名称，在相同文件位置的 说明 和 作者 也一起修改。
修改根目录下的 _config.yml，更改 title description 和 author

顶部按钮
这个配置在我的自定义 Edge 浏览器上有个小 BUG（firefox 浏览器上正常）——
移动到顶部按钮，下方会弹出二级菜单。
但是弹出二级菜单后，要去选择它，就死活选不上。
一旦移开顶部按钮，二级菜单就迅速隐藏，根本来不及点击。
